Site check and preparation for work.

Clearing the pipe inside.

Pipe condition check and damaged part locating by TV inspection.

Prepare the Lining Material

Repairing

( Exclusive rubber sleeve packer have the epoxy resin extruded glassfibre fabrics on it's out surface and ship to the job site. On the site, the rubber sleeve packer is inflated by air pressure unitl it tightly attached to the damaged pipe side)

Cured in Place
(Heat will be provided by the equipped silicon rubber heater housed in the rubber sleeve packer to cure the epoxy- acryl resin .

Check the repair condition by CCTV camera with robotic crawler and record it by VTR at the site located controller system in the vehicle on the ground.

*Necessary Equipment

1. Agent

Epoxy-acryl resin (Vinyl-Ester Resin) : SY-628, SY-629T, SY-630WT

Hardener (328E), Booster (D), Hardening controller (R), Cobalt.

2. Reinforced Lining Material

Fiber-glass, Non-Woven Fabric

3. Robotic Crawler with camera

4. Inflatable Plugs

5. High Pressure water jetting machine.

6. Rubber Sleeve Packer

RSP for main line - TAF-100

RSP for lateral connection parts

RSP for main line entrance part

RSP for rainfall, waste water holder

7. Cutter for lateral protrusions, intrusions, hard debris.
